I live in monmouth county n.j. and very interested in base jumping. Does anybody know of any instructors that teach in jersey.

In my opinion, there are no suitable teaching objects in New Jersey. I'd be highly suspicious of anyone who offers to teach you locally. I'd recommend seeking professional instruction, or, at the very least, travelling to Idaho (or perhaps Norway) for you first jumps.
