I was wondering if anyone had any BASE packing videos they didn't need anymore that they'd be willing to ship to me for a supplement (obviously) to being shown how to pack a BASE rig by an experienced person. I find I'm not too unusual in that the more sources of information I tap the better I understand something like BASE packing.

I don't know how well this will work but after I view the video I'd be more than happy to send it to someone else (granted they are getting instruction from an experienced BASE jumper as their first and foremost source of information).

It's pretty good. The video they have is outdated. Functional but outdated. I haven't seen BR's video so I can't comment.

BR's video is several years out of date (i.e. pre-tailgate). There is some discussion of it at the end of this thread.

Dude there are lots of cats that BASE @ your home DZ. Including the fella that runs the joint. I am sure they cant wait to welcome you into the fold. Probably wouldnt mind showing you how to pack as well.

definitely! Maybe I didn't make myself as clear as I wanted but I am not asking for a video so I can teach myself how to pack a BASE rig. I just wanted it to supplement my learning. I want to learn it and feel very comfortable with it before I take my pack job over the edge.

I just don't want to spend 40 dollars on a video I'll watch a couple times then never again. I figured there were other people like me that's why I offered up the idea to get these videos in circulation a little. No biggie! I'd probably buy a packing video if any of them were up to date.
