I'm New to skydiving but BASE is something I am very interested in!
I would like to know where I can find laws,likely punishment if I am caught...
Anyone with a good story?

If you are a good talker you can likely get out of anything. Some friends and I were caught after a jump on a big building and we got out of it because we were very cordial with the management.

Likely you will just be charged with tresspassing.

you should talk to the legislators in my metro area. They'll soon have laws against BASE, the straw breaking the camel's back being a jumper who made a broad daylight building jump downtown, scattering lunchtime pedestrians everywhere.
