What happened to Bert? Is he ok? Just tired of running the boat?

I owe that guy--he dragged my broken butt out of the water.

Bert's ok, he wanted to spend more time with his wife doing other things. He made the decision a couple of weeks before memorial day.

Does this mean the boat is gone, or is someone else running it?
