Has anyone measured their heart rate at exit? Just curious.

I’ve been measuring it on almost every jump for the past 4 months. Surprisingly the HR doesn’t go up right before the jump, but it increases approximately 1-3min after the jump.
For me a “normal” jump will look something like :
-climb/access up to 180bpm
-meditation/relaxation before jump 80bpm
-exit point/ready to go 80bpm
-post jump (1-3min) 100bpm

I use a garming instinct. We tested the HR monitor with an actual HR machine and it is quite accurate.

If I take some preworkout or an energy drink before a climb it will be significantly higher.

If I am well rested it will usually be lower.

If security is sniffing around it will be higher.
