Tom Start
Tom Start passed away. I first met Tom at Lake Elsinore in about 1977 when I only had about a hundred skydives. And he's the one who really began teaching me how to fly. Tom is also on the first load Carl Boenish organized and filmed in 1978 from Yosemite's El Capitan. That film made its way around the world and was the match that lit the fire that later became BASE jumping. Tom was a great guy. NickDG
