Does anyone know of a way to get The Great Book of BASE in either a PDF version or just cheaper than buying from squirrel.ws where there is an added shipping cost of 37$ to Denmark (EU), which will amount to 70$ for a book.

Valley BASE Gear had them in stock at one point.
