Ingushetia wingsuit BASE festival
I’m pleased to present wingsuit BASE festival in the heart of the Caucasus Mountains. The event is sponsored by local authorities - transfers, accommodation and meals for participants are FREE. You should only arrive at the Magas airport (IGT). Dates for 2019: 11th -18th of August.
Ingushetia (the Russian region in the Caucasus mountains) was opened for jumping in the early 2010 by Gleb Vorevodin, one of the most qualified russian wingsuit pilots. He organized several events there. Unfortunately, Gleb died in a helicopter crash in 2017. We continue Ingushetia BASE festival to honor his memory
There are 5 known interesting exits in this region:
1) Tsei Loam. Suitable for trackers.
9 sec rockdrop, ~1500 m to landing. 4-5 hours hike with some climbing (without ropes).

2) Myat Loam. Only for advanced WS pilots.
7-8 sec rockdrop, ~1000 m to landing. 3 hours without car, and 1,5 with car.

Now we offer "hike & fly" format. But it may be a helicopter (like in 2014, 2015 years). Negotiations are underway.
We are looking for qualified and safe jumpers, who know and respect their limits. Number of sponsored slots is limited.
!!! We need a photo of your passport 3 months before the event to make an invitation for visa and pass to the border zone. !!! (we jump near border with Georgia).
However, we ask to provide your flight ticket to Russia for registration.
