Been meaning to post this for ages.
Basically it is the event plan for Blackpool AirgameZ. It obviously will need editing but if you are hosting a base event it covers most of what you need to appease the powers that be.

Where do you guys source the insurance?
Covering that much seems like it could be pricey..

I run an events company and tag it on to my existing policy.
It’s 3rd party only so the jumpers are not covered.
It costs an additional £3-4K for the weekend if I remember correctly.

That’s actually super cool of you to post that. A lot of work went into making that happen!
