I’m guessing he means don’t hit trees in your WS.
I’ve seen a recent video of one guy hitting the tops of trees, flying for a second or 2 then pitching. If he’d hit a little lower,where the branches were a little stronger/thicker, I doubt he’d still be alive.

Was the canopy pulled out and was the primary stow still intact ? Because it makes a big difference

It makes sense to me. Did you look at the attachment?

Are they hitting trees with their legs? (Like in, overestimating the distance to the trees below.) If yes, maybe it's time to remind ourselves that our feet travel on a trajectory 1 to 4ft below eyes' trajectory.

But how can I be a supercool wingsuiter if I can't do some tree trimming now and then?
