Advice for first time in Eikesdalen
I am willing to do a BASE journey in Norway this summer after enjoying the ITW twice. I have done most of my jumps SU and feel much more comfortable with tracking jumps rather than low stuff

I am not attending the Heliboogie because it doesn´t suit my dates, but I was thinking about Eikesdalen in early July.

I have seen several videos of people jumping there but didn´t know much about the exit points, law restrictions, camp sites or acommodation...

Any advice or info would be much appreciated

Thank you

Find some locals for sure. The hikes are not super simple, so it's not like going to Brento or LB.

For a first trip to Norway I'd recommend Kjerag, the hike is 2 hours and pretty easy compared to the others.
Also you should allow a longer time to visit Norway and get some jumps in as the weather is notoriously erratic and you get regular periods of multiple days where it's unjumpable. Kjerag is also jumpable more often in cloudy conditions, whereas the jumps further north like Eikesdalen can be clouded in more.
If you only allow 1 week you are really taking your chances. I would allow 2, or 3 is better. I heard once of a bunch of guys who went to Kjerag for 2 weeks and didn't get a single jump in due to weather.
Take gloves and a raincoat.
