Have had a trawl through the forums and can't access the BASEwiki on Blinc. I can't find any definitive answers on a comparison between these two sliders.

Basically I have an OSP205L and an OSP225L, I would like to put the slower slider on the 205. I will be taking both terminal.

Anyone have some experience jumping each slider? Are they even much different?

I prefer the fine mesh, but most people I know prefer the slow slider.

I found the fine mesh to be more consistent on terminal deployments. The slow slider occasionally gave me slammers, but the fine mesh was very reliable.

I do think the fine mesh comes down a bit slower, so if you're pulling in the basement, you might want to go with the slow slider. But I'm a soft old guy, so I pull at pretty conservative altitudes.

I'm also curious to hear a comparison with the big mesh slider on the OSP for terminal with the others.
