I was wondering if anyone has jumped any objects in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The Falls, Botoka Gorge, Vic Falls Bridge, etc???
Recently I have been jumping the gorge just a km or 2 down from the actual falls and taking water landings. CHEERS!!!

Stein Olsen jumped the bridge in 2001 or 2002 I think, and was picked up by the rafting and rafted out of the rapids. Cool video on youtube somewhere.

Just a 180' free stander.. Word somehow got to the head guy in charge of military intelligence here in Vic Falls that someone jumped off a tower with a parachute. With us being the only DZ around, they immediately called blaming the DZ. Even jumping it in the middle of the night, someone saw a parachute and tried to obtain browny points by telling local authorities. Whats scary is that any BASE jumper could come and burn an object here and the local DZ would catch the blame for it. $115 bribe or they would open a docket and try to shut down the DZ... Luckily the manager said we threw a reserve off the tower with sandbags attached to it and we wanted no wind conditions.... classic
