My goal of this post is to review other´s gear up procedure and learn the pros and cons of my way and other´s way and share it. It may seem clear to many (gear up) but some are failing and dying on this. The ultimate would be a having a flow chart. I have my numbers for zipper checks and harness checks places.
My method works on a do and check. not a doingchecking. Do some thing, look away and then check. Separate the do and check. And ditch the phone whilst packing along with any other distractions.

WARNING; DO NOT ALTER YOUR PROCEDURE WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING "TASK SUBSTITUTION", AND PRACTICE ANY CHANGES IN THE PROCEDURE MINIMUM 10 TIMES AFTER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE!

This is my procedure. I welcome any critiques.

Gearing up for a tracking jump;
Layout of gear from stashbag.
#1; Rig check!!!!! PC access, bridle continuity, pin seating, harness with no twist. 3ring check if I have disconnected before this jump.
a. Stashbag (top edge extended to retract cord) goes on top of hiking top. Do and check.
b. Track jacket on next. Do and check.
c. Rig on next. Leg straps and chest strap in final positions. Do and check.
d. Track pants next. Do and check.
e. Helmet. Do and check.
f. Check PC access.
g. Gear check from some one i know and trust.
h. Zippers and webbing ends, shoelaces, helmet, climbing ropes interference possibilities. Check.
i. Check PC access.
j. Exit ready.
