I don't think so.
Just going from a lycra suit to a non-porous suit makes a huge difference for ski jumpers. A tracking suit would expand and slow their takeoff run quite a bit. Their launch speed is ~65mph (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ski_jumping_hill), so you'd be launching your tracking suit under 60mph already in a stalled configuration and only have a glide angle of ~38 degrees to work with.
Then there's the turbulence and vortex effects of your massive skis interrupting the airflow to your tracking suit.
These guys already get a glide ratio up to 1.5 and spend millions on research and wind tunnel tests. They don't want your "shitty little wingsuit" :)
