So I'm confused, he's not a BASE jumper? The article makes it sound like he's an aspiring jumper and was not there to actually jump. Did he have a rig on him? Was it confiscated?

. What I got from from reading the linked ClusterFuck mash of mock journalism . Was that after reading his Face Book page, It was determined that he is a person who 'Dreams' of becoming a BASE jumps . He is being sued by the management company of the Empire State Building because, quote: ...' Somehow ? ' entered through wrongful, unlawful or deceitful means ". and was found to be taking pictures on his phone . but broke some glass when he ran away from a security guard .
