Computational Fluid Dynamics
I'm playing with some computational fluid dynamics software and this isn't a model of a BASE canopy (it's a NACA 2412 airfoil, like on a C-172) but it's a pretty interesting illustration of why we put ZP on the leading edge of the canopy. That really is where most of the lift comes from. In the plot, blue is low pressure and red is high pressure. Kind of cool.
