Impact card (identity card)
Hi all, Last season a couple of people went in with no ID, no contact details and not registering with the SBA here in Lauterbrunnen. It was a not only upsetting but a total pain in the ass to have to deal with their aftermath trying to hunt down their families and partners and get them and their belongings home.
myself, Lisa, from Valley Base gear & Arnaud, from Le Village Design came up with the IMPACT card. yes, that is what it is called because when you go in it makes a huge impact on everyone around you.
Call it what you want but the idea is simple. Print out 3 of these sheets and fill them in. put one in your car. one to a friend and one on you when you are jumping.
It will make things a lot easier for the rescue authorities, your friends and your family if shit hits the fan and it might even save your life.
