depends on if you talk to people who gets suits from the manufacture before they even come out or if you talk to a normal customer (not tony or any manufacture specific)

Great suits, god awful service. If they just hired one individual to handle their e-mail, customer service and website... I love my tonysuit but will never order one again due to their lack of customer service. Squirrel 4 life

Never order by manufacturer site but used the James Boole dealer services!!!
