Phoenix Fly aftersales service
Hello everyone, I just wanted to tell everybody that PF has an excellent after sales service. They always respond to my emails immediately and send out the suits in time. And the after sales guys of PF are very kind and polite, I always have a smile on my face and sleep very tight the following night when I read the response to my email.
But what is even more excellent than the after sales service is the pre sales service. Under pre sales service I understand the extensive testing of the products before selling it to the public. Every suit is tested for a long period by the Need 4 Speed crew, Mr. Gandalf himself and others before going to market. They even do idiot tests by by giving the suit to unskilled people like myself before selling it to everyone. And if I can fly it safely, most probably everyone else can fly it safely. Each suit only has one version, because this version is the end product.
