I think this is worth mentioning because I've had some monster experiences with other manufacturers:

I ordered a Summo tracking suit but messed up the measurements for the jacket (because I'm an idiot).

Mike got involved and we sent several e-mails back & forth.

The result was (and I never saked for it) a free Summo jacket in the post.

They are amazing. I ordered a kN and an Outlaw on July 27th, and it shipped on August 27th. Everytime I emailed them about a question I had they always got back to me surprisingly fast. Seriously some of the best customer service Ive experienced and its everytime I order something from them. Its awesome the effort they put into making their customers satisfied. The hoodie is baller and it makes you look like a straight up G on the realz

After about 100 jumps on my Aura1 the stitching near the shoulder innie-outies points became loose. Around the same time my left gripper broke. I emailed them and they just asked me to ship the suit to their Salt Lake City repair facility. In the mean time, I received my Aura2 in about 3-4 weeks time. Squirrel customer service is great.
