Heading back to the Valley for the first two weeks of August and need a single room, but the Horner and Im Rohr are full. I've worked my way through the search results but was looking for first hand information. Any hot tips would be appreciated.

I suggest Hotel Alpenruh in Murren. Awesome spot. Get a jump before your epic breakfast spread and enjoy epic sunsets and views.

Reasonable price too!
