"Censorship" is when the government does it. BJ.com is private.
Example; If some one post's some thing on my fb page and I delete it. that isn't censorship, if facebook deletes something from my page, That isnt censorship, If the government deletes something from my fb page, That is censorship.

I have it upon good authority (Mr. Merriam and Mr. Webster), that the concept of censorship is not the exclusive domain of the government.
Definition of CENSORSHIP
1 a : the institution, system, or practice of censoring
b : the actions or practices of censors; especially : censorial control exercised repressively
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/censorship Definition of CENSOR
1 : a person who supervises conduct and morals: as
a : an official who examines materials (as publications or films) for objectionable matter
b : an official (as in time of war) who reads communications (as letters) and deletes material
considered sensitive or harmful
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/censor Oh, and you better check the definition of an "official" too, since that is also not the exclusive purview of the government:
Definition of OFFICIAL
: a person who has a position of authority in a company, organization, or government : a person who holds an office
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/official A forum moderator is an "official" of that private organization.
So there *IS* such a thing as private censorship. Many forums practice it. Just because it's not done by government doesn't make it right and legal. Doesn't make it wrong and illegal either. It depends upon the perspective and nature of the deletions. Just because someone is an "official" doesn't mean that their actions are always correct. There are plenty of such people who exercise their privileges and authority in an arbitrary and capricious manner.
