Don't worry this was not a bandit jump. It was on the level and part of a promotional event for the up and coming PAN-AM Games.
my understanding is it's a couple of the red bull guys from Europe. Actually a few people around are a little pissed that they didn't get some Canadians for the stunts. The gov't here has been doing its best to go bankrupt, so why not fly some guys over and put them up in nice hotels when we have some of best jumpers living right here...
