In light of recent events and censorship of this forum I really don't think it is appropriate for Tom Aiello to be a moderator of this forum at this time. It is just too big of a conflict of interests.

The censorship? He admitted fault in numerous places, what more do you want?

An attack about his credentials is a bit horseshit. If you want to discuss what he does or doesn't teach and discuss problems in his methods, be my guest. I'm sure he would invite discussion.

Hey crybaby, this forum is neither a public BASE utility nor a BASE governing entity. It is a privately owned website whose owner owes you nothing in any way, shape or form. If you don't like his product offerings, then go somewhere else.

Mr. Peabody apparently had a change of heart (or BAC level) since I wrote that story for Skydiving Magazine about Mr. Peabody's Baffin Island expedition, which of course dealt in part with with Jimmy Hall's death. I wrote it not only with the cooperation of the expedition leader but with the help of several people close to Jimmy. Please read it and then draw your own conclusions about Mr. Peabody's characterization of my article focus and execution.

Yep he messaged me the other day telling me I will be going in soon because of my lack of respect for him. Then for some fucked up reason he tells me he starting shooting guns in 1960. I have hidden him on my computer but still have to see his rubbish on my phone

To want to run a story on Jimmy is fucked. He was a good friend and shared many a skydive with him. He was instrumental in helping me get into base. Watching videos at his beach hosue together.

Read the story and get back to me, slick... because when you do, you will see why those who were truly close to him had a little different response. I seriously doubt you knew Jimmy, though, or you would not act so little like him.

And if you think about it (I know, I know, new experience, right?), who is the real %$#@ here: the journalist who wrote the story about a BASE expedition that had many wonderful moments and one sad one -- or Mr. Peabody, who dug up Jimmy's dead body and waved it around to advance his own agenda... (followed in short order by you doing exactly the same thing)?

But in your demented desire to dish dirt, you didn't notice that, didja, slick? I think that is probably due to the medical condition you share with Mr. Peabody.
