building, earth, antenna, span, torch. anyone ever jumped off old lady libertys torch in the past? obviously with the jeb law in place it would be a helluvalot more risky.

Nic used to be the head of the Australian BASE Association. He got the statue when it was being renovated and there was scaffolding all over it. I recall he got a $50 fine for the jump.

whoa... I'd pay 50 bucks for that jump. I think we could almost make a dent in National Debt if we'd make it a 50 dollar stock fine with no additive charges for any "illegal jump" you're caught doing... 
(Not really on the national debt thing... c'mon that's WAY too big a number to ever touch. But seriously, that would be a nice fundraiser or something.)
