Any advice appreciated about the walk back once you have landed. East towards EB or West. I believe you can only jump when it's low. Do you have a couple of hours either side. Finally is it good practice at this site to contact the local CG. Cheers.

West to B Gap is the usual and easiest.
Better to stay away from the cliff edge, rocks fall, people throw shit off and occasional suicides.

You can jump just after high tide and make your way out slowly.
You don't want to be jumping too long after low tide.

Don't forget to call the coastguard before and after. They are cool but don't want to launch a body recovery for no reason.
