Bought a Mayhem 200 to use for skydiving and had to send it back. Haven't got a response from them in a month.

maybe there is a reason they call themselves Bad Seed... you know, as in "I bad seed that landing coming and done broke my wrist."

They were good to me, good customer service, both when i bought it, and when they recalled/ service bulletined on the A lines on my mayhem.

They sent out the lines pretty quick considering, especially as I'm not in the US, and threw in a small mesh slider too, all free of charge.

Maybe give them a call. They seem pretty straight up and honest to me. Maybe you fell through the cracks or something. I'd imagine they've been pretty f-in busy getting A lines out to people.

They emailed me last night. Apparently he broke his wrist.
