Been doing some research and can't seem to find any regulations for doing it. Have a buddy with a commercial parasail boat says he can put 2 jumpers up to 480' AGL on a 3 person sail. (3rd person will be a rider for weight once the other 2 jump)

Not considered an aircraft so FAA has no jurisdiction and landing area is a beach where ParaMotor Pilots launch and land.

Looked through laws re: Parasailing in our state and couldn't find anything....Thoughts?

Government can not and should not regulate our lives completely.

Do it and if someone tells you it's illegal then have them cite the law you are breaking and what crime is being commited. If a police officer cannot articulate what crime he is accusing you of then you are not breaking any and you are free to go. Thank him for his concerns and carry on. Do not continue to talk to him.
