Tracking
Recently a very well respected and talented WS pilot told me to " lead with your head " when WS. Head down-should be able to see your feet. making the leading edge and wing across the entire back and shoulders. Looking up relative wind hits the chest and face decreasing the air foil. How about tracking.? I did this recently and definately got distance. But head low and steep. I'm comfortable with that but is that always necessary? Do most pilots in ws and tracking jumps keep the nead neutral or looking down at the feet?
