wait they got the kid to plead to misdemeanor base jumping instead of any number misdemeanor tresspassing or violation tresspassing charges that would actually make sense? hoping thats just media fuck up otherwise it looks like just a set up to charge the real jumpers with more

I'm sure that is an error. Journalism, and all the things that come with it, like fact and spell checking, have gone out the window in the last 10-15 years.
