Some additional information based on seeing video of the incident yesterday:
No weak track or under-delay from what I could see. But severely bad response/wrong priority to linetwists.
It showed an 8,5 second track, good clearance from the wall/lower talus.
On deployment, there is a good 3 to 4 rotations/linetwist combined with a 180 degree off-heading.
The jumper then incorrectly focused on clearing the linetwist, vs correcting heading away from the wall. 9 to 10 seconds are then spent trying to correct the linetwist until impact with the wall, where the jumper luckily gets hung op on a ledge big enough to stand on.
