is there a way to modify which headers are updated and viewed in "recent posts"?

currently it's showing me a lot of sections i don't care about and not all the ones i do.

*crickets*

p.s. it's still fucked up. i don't need to see your "Team Room" forum either.

It was a long weekend here in South Africa, hence the delayed response. But I have made some adjustments to the recent posts page, it should now display all forum topics apart from the private forums and the suggestions etc

but i want it now!
