If it's low bust A and you can use a flash..I've always wanted to shoot this..

Set the camera in the LZ on a tri-pod. Orient the camera setup so that that you are upwind (i.e. where the jumper will have to land coming toward the camera)

Image 1.
Frame the shot how you want and snap off one properly exposed night exposure with antenna/stars/lights/etc. Play with ISO and fStops so that you get a good exposure with a long shutter time (20-30 seconds)

Don't move the camera

After shot one is done. Get your flash and set it up manually. Imagine the distance the incoming jumper will be just when he/she is about to land. (Hopefully right in front of the camera) Do a few test shots with someone in the frame to get the correct setting.

Shot 2
When jumper is on antenna about to exit have them crack a glow stick and put it on the front of their helmet where the good old GoPro normally goes. (Perhaps multiple glow sticks would look cool) Put a glowstick on your tripod or mark a landing direction for the jumper (obviously behind the camera). When jumper signals they are about to exit and release the shutter.

When they jump the glow stick will create a line from the antenna and if you do everything just right and the jumper kicks ass at accuracy.. you can pop the flash just at the point where you think the exposure was right when they fly toward the camera.

If ALL works out.. the sky should look kick ass and you should be able to see the entire jump with the jumper illuminated in flight as they pass the camera.

Best of luck!

In addition to..
If you have another person on the antenna they can pop a flash behind the jumper before the exit.

Shoot multiple exposures popping a flash at different levels on the antenna. Then piece them together in photoshop so it looks like the entire antenna was illuminated with multiple flashes.
