Hi all !

Simon and I wrote a document (in french) summarizing the main characteristics of the gear we use for base-jumping.

Some friends helped us translating it to english.

We hope this document will help beginners having a better understanding of the gear they will have to use.

Can you verify this?

I am a dealer for Consolidated Rigging and have inquired about the possibility of new Tektite and Mojo canopies. In both cases I was told that it was not currently available.

I hear Blacksheep has some badass new canopies coming out soon...ish...Eventually.
Needless to say, so far they're pretty pimp (haven't killed anyone and fly really well). So you could add "canopy" to his manufacturing list. I'm sure if someone asked him $nicely enough$ he would make them a canopy sooner rather than later...

I've added that after a friend told me "Mojo" sometimes appeared as "in production" on CR's website. So this might not be accurate.
According to what you say, it's probably wrong. I'll remove it.

I sent a e-mail to Blacksheep a few days ago. The said they had products in development and will let me know about it. If they came out with a new canopy, I'll add it to the doc asap. But for now I prefer using reliable information.

Nice document, thanks for putting it together.

I would like to add that one of my Gargoyle's has saddlebags on it so you can add that option to the list.

This option is not listed on their website. I sent them an e-mail to be sure they still offer this option, and on which containers.
