Politely ask for my attorney and then exert my right to remain silent.

Oddly, my wife and parents are more understanding and supportive of my BASE jumping than most of my skydiving friends…

Depends on the particular jump…

Wife YES, parents & friends NO

Could you explain the feeling you have when you jump?
Yes

What feeling do you have when you land on the ground?
Depends on how the jump went, but usually satisfied.

Why did you start to basejump? to get laid

There's this nifty feature of the forums called "search". Usually when someone does "research" for a project it involves them re "searching" for things that have already been discussed a *lot*

Can I get some $money$?
Generally, you get your back scratched when you scratch someone else's... I think my information is rare enough that you could pay quite handsomely for it... as well as anyone else's information.
I don't think anyone who is not at least moderately ego-maniacal will give you much of an answer. The people who do are only representative of a certain subgroup of jumpers who do it not for their own gratification, but for some other weird need for gratification from the world around them. It's apparent in today's "youtube crazed" jumpers who go out and make illegal jumps and then post them on the internet the next day for the world to see.

I'm not exactly sure where this desire for any and all outside appreciation stems from in these jumpers, but I suspect maybe their parents didn't love them enough, or tell them enough, or they failed in earlier life endeavors and they think this hoped "youtube fame" dignifies what is left of their life and redeems the mistakes they once made or something like that.

Haha, so good.

I met someone that could teach me.
I follow my heart and my spirits.
Ask why i was being arrested.
My family has full support.
I visualise what i am going to do.
My wife is usually at the landing area.
Living in the now flying as fast as i can.
Contentment.

1. For me, base was a natural extension from rock climbing
2. I love the inner dialogue with fear, I love jumping with my husband and friends
3. If I were arrested, I'd shit my pants and cry
4. My family could care less that I jump
5. At the edge, I feel edgy, then a calmness
6. My husband knows when I jump, he is at the edge too
7. There are no words to describe the feeling
8. Landing feels great! Especially when our dogs are waiting for us!
