If anyone does know of a Pa E, let me know too! I have about 5 more months living here in Pittsburgh and would love to complete Pa BASE too. I haven't seen anything at all on my side of the state, possibly further central/eastern would have something?

Shot- there is pretty awesome old/new object in northern PA that you should check out next time you are home. Some Canadians would even call it "slider up-able".

Check my link above it may work out for you.
The photos are from a different quarry in PA but there is a another possibility to try.

Come on guys, this IS the information age, it's relatively easy to find shit online. I can do it and I don't even have a facebook account! Laugh Seriously though, I love finding new sites and think it's what keeps this sport interesting. Good luck finding one, I'm sure you will... it's an inevitability.

Oh, and go harass 515 to jump, he recently moved to your area.

Re: [lowcountryBase] Pennsylvania Earth?
yeah i've been thinking "that girls" as the natural given its also 5 minutes from my old DZ stomping grounds, and its sadly the largest near vertical natural face i know of in pa, it'll go i just want more options around the keystone state, i likes to open stuff and just explore more, quarries and such are acceptable but every one i knew of in central PA was stepped down walls, anyone know of anyone ever getting the Pennsylvania E?

I've been looking at this for a couple years. Haven't gotten the balls to do it yet. Laser at 135-140 ft. Crappy exit, tiny LZ. with a tree in the center, But I'm 100% sure it hasn't been jumped.

You wanna do it, I'll shoot video.https://www.google.com/maps/@41.1594462,-79.6755862,502m/data=!3m1!1e3

Re: [nakeddave] Pennsylvania Earth?
with a span upstream to go with it, nice thanks for the look, i'll have to check that out next time I get back east, looks like a job for a canopy that needs patched from the get go, I take it that its on private land?

Re: [Shotface] Pennsylvania Earth?
Don't wanna use your nicest gear for this one. It is on private land, but nobody really seems to care. I haven't hiked the landing area yet, so getting out of there is still a mystery. The span is 240' with very little or no lz, depending on river conditions, but it has been jumped.

Lemme know if you ever wanna check it out.

I'm down for exploring and meeting BASE jumpers in the area. I'm in the NYC area at the moment but I'll be bouncing around the USA for a little while longer, I lived in PA 7 years ago and haven't visited since. Would be cool to go back, especially if there's exploring and jumping involved.

"That girl's rock" is good to go. Not the most fun jump ever, but a good option to finish PA BASE and definitely worth a couple hour drive.

Re: [freefallfrom10k] Pennsylvania Earth?
some one else did it, therefore logically i must be capable of doing it as well, i think you need some real low earth jumps before you try this one cody
