I've compiled a bit of BASE related stuff (baseline included). I just uploaded a link to filedropper...not sure how long it'll stay up there, but the baseline magazine is inside that zip file (along with some other things). Let me know if that's what you were looking for!

I really gotta get back to looking through all this stuff...Still a good bit I haven't read. Debating printing it out...I always hated reading for pleasure on a computer.

There are some few gems in there. I think it was the very first issue where Mark Hewitt addressed line overs and his line release mod. Mark was really inventive.

There is also a fair amount about ethics, which was figured out on the fly. The cardinal rule was not to burn the object. I wish that a few later jumpers had followed this. It is a serious problem today, with the huge number of jumpers now in the sport. It used to be about 20 hard cores worldwide. Hard core meaning that BASE was your primary activity.

I have a bunch of historical stuff I have collected over the years (most of it was up on the UK board forum in the past). Not sure what the others have offered, but might be some stuff not included, I have quite a bit of UK stuff for the Brits in here.
