Basejumper Template Upgrade
We've been working hard at giving basejumper.com a make-over. Our focus was to ensure that we do not change any key functionality or familiarity, while at the same time enhancing the visuals and making browsing the site a better experience. The upgrade process is going to be rolled out in series. We have just commenced with the first set of templates to roll out. Which is the Home Page and the Photos section. You will see that both these sections of the site now look a bit different, and hopefully you consider them a vast improvement, I know we do.
Over the next while we will roll out the same upgrade to other areas of the site. So keep an eye out, as we will announce in this thread when we do.
We value your input and welcome any constructive criticism regarding the change. We also welcome any suggestions you may have on how to better it.
There will also be more emphasis put on bringing you easier and more effective ways of sharing your sickest images and videos. A focus will also be put on emphasis on attempting to get those who arrive here as non-jumpers to follow the best avenues of learning more about BASE before just jumping in. We have already implemented a step recently that required newly registered users to wait for a period before posting, and encourages them to read the articles before posting.
We hope you like the changes and please let us know if you see any issues that need addressing. Despite heavy testing, we're only human and bugs may still crop up.
