If you can arrange it, share petrol with someone who's driving. By far the quickest, simplest and cheapest method.

Going via train from Trento to LB would be around €150 and take 10 hours with a bunch of changes, total fuel costs in a car should be well under €100.

Just to add a little meat, the drive will be either around 6 or 7 hours, depending on the vehicle and the route..
The most direct route, over the Sustenpass, is open only July-Oct, and only from 0800 to 1800.
Going around the "long" way adds an hour but is reliable, clear motorway that even beaten up campers can handle easily, so generally the wiser option ;)
If you have the right car at the right time, the Sustenpass is an experience in itself - well worth it if you like tarmac fun.

Don't know if I'm allowed to post links, so if not, sorry!
Here's link to info on currently open passes across region:

Scroll down, click "Alpine Passes", a pop-up will appear showing what's open, what's not....

"Beta" seems to be the new buzz word in basejumping these days. but using it in lieu of "how do i get to brento" made me laugh. just saying.
