just seeing if anyone out there knows if the water is high this year in the landing area. thanks

Just checked the gauge, it's reading +.99ft. And dropping. Last year and last seven years it has been -2ft or so. The New needs to drop another 3ft to get the same LZ as last year. At -3ft, the sand bar comes out like it was in '08 or '09....

Wx looks good.... Low Friday night @41 and high Saturday @ 60, mostly cloudy, partly sunny with a 10% chance of rain

It hasn't been updated at all today...

I just got off the phone with three different rafting companies and the New River water level seems to be holding at about +2ft, maybe a little less.

It just makes the Primary LZ a little bigger...

And the beach a little smaller...
