So Cal jumpers.
Im new to southern California and would like to start BASE jumping, I have always wanted to and now I have the funds to get started. I'm into all sorts of extreme sports and am defiantly an adrenaline junkie. I have read up extensively and understand most of you are hard asses about jump numbers and thats fine, i'll jump out of anything as many times as it takes. Id like to meet somone in the area who could somewhat guide me as i start... I'll need gear and advice..and then be my jump buddy because i travel all over the world for work and would LOVE to start jumping off some shit. Im currently living in Carlsbad California but my hog can drive anywhere in the beautiful weather.!!!....

EMAIL ME Coletonsiphone@gmail.com or PM me. IM READY TO GET STARTED!!![laugh]

Why are you defiant about being an adrenaline junkie?

What X-treme sports? That's important because being extreme is a valuable character trait for BASE jumpers.

Hard ass about jump numbers is hardly being a hard ass. The so called 200 jumps minimum suggestion is pretty weak.

If you're real, just go to a dropzone and start skydiving. That's where your initial guides are.

You ride a hog... neat! I wasn't impressed until I learned you have a large pig. Shit man... Get on that pig, come up here and I'll teach you how to skydive. It's always fun to take Harley riders because going 120 MPH is nothing to them!

I can actually teach you to skydive... it's kinda what I do on many weekends.

dude, there is ZERO cause to be bragging about banging fat chicks on here. I mean, we don't judge or nothing, but we sure as shit don't care. Ride all the hogs you want. I'm sure there's a forum about that somewhere.

You guys got me har har. (Glad there's jokes and not all business in this sport)So far It looks like I'm heading up to Idaho to learn from a guy. If anyone is closer to me then that and would like to help email me! I mean I coul have watched YouTube videos and bought some gear and hit up a high spot with no help but I think tho this is a solo sport. It is probably a lot more fun when you aren't hikeing up alone or Makeing a get away alone so I figure I'll try to meet some people Into it already and go from there. There is an airport in falbrook California that teaches a skydiving school tht I will be Takeong shortly(I am out of town working at the moment I'm Vegas) anywhere cheaper would be appreciated as I have money but I do not have a shit loads

I was serious about teaching you to skydive. Then sometime after it's up to Idaho.

Get your jumps in and get your rigging skills up. You need to know how to put your stuff together without any question is correct. It's not hard, but people neglect the very basic rigging skills needed.

My hog joke and video was good because who doesn't like a baby monkey, baby monkey, riding on a pig baby monkey.

I'm serious about learning. Where are you located? There is a skydive school here but I don't mind travel

You live in Carlsbad. Within an hour you can get to (in order of proximity):

1. Tsunami Skydivers in Oceanside (10 mins)
2. Skydive San Diego (40 mins)
3. Skydive Perris (1 hour)
4. Skydive Elsinore (1 hour)

It's jumpable most days even through winter. Spend the winter skydiving a couple hundred times.

There are a lot of jumpers at all of these drop zones. Make friends, be cool, and slow down and you're a lot more likely to make some headway.
