Hey Guys,

I have just been given information on a fatality that happened back in 2011 in june in Moab...This could be untrue and will wait for more evidence before being legit



The report was that Dave Brown went out to jump alone in Moab. He never returned that day. It took months to find his body and when they did, it appeared that he died from impact. He did not have full canopy inflation. His gear was functional..

Just putting this out there for anyone else that has more information... YOU CAN PM ME Frown

I believe your information is incorrect. Unless the information has changed and was not shared, he was not wearing a parachute.

I lost track of this. Is there any actual evidence of suicide? In the article I read the police cheaf was quoated as saying, "However, Brown was going through a divorce, had financial problems and after dissolving his own skydiving business moved cross-country to live in a trailer on property of the owner of Skydive Moab" I got the impression that that constituted the whole of his evidence. Just saying, that as a skydiver and base jumper it sounds like his life was stileling. Unless something else was going on it sounds like he would have been as happy as a pig in shit. It remined me of one of our T-shirts, "Living The Dream!" with a picture of a ratty old trailer.

I remember clint also saying he did not have any of his gear.
