Hello everyone,
Is there anyone who would be willing to teach me how to BASE jump? I live in the St Louis area and I'm ready to make it happen. All I need is someone who has an extra parachute and bring me to something that's good to jump off.

Just FYI, I've been in extreme sports for a long time now. I started jumping my BMX bike when i was very young and have gotten huge air from jumps that me and my friends made. In fact, everyone said I got more air than anyone. I've done two tandem skydives and they let me fly the parachute and it was very easy for me. After the second jump I googled BASE and found this website. Are there any BASE people in the St Louis area? Are there tall things to jump off in my area?

So I'm ready...come get me and we can go jump off something tall. Also, just so you know, I watched a ton of videos on youtube so I'm pretty sure I'm ready.

Why start small and local? You've been watching youtube and riding your bike, so you're probably ready for the big walls. Let's put your ass in a wingsuit and head straight for the valley.

You can borrow my rig and wingsuit. We'll get warmed up by chugging red bull and catching huge air on the dirt ramps I built in my parents backyard!!! Adrenaline! Then you can wingsuit my local 250 E. I hear you need to gainer it for maximum speed, but since you have a solid base in extreme sports, you'll do awesome. Dont't worry, I'll go pro it. thanks for the offer. what is a 250 E? i've never used those squirrel suits but you are the second person to recommend them...is that the way i should go?

Why not just start a whole new sport? BMX BASE

This sounds awesome. Ill build a ramp on top of the 1000' building I own and one at the bottom. We will bmx off the top and do a quadruple backflip, triple tail whip to no-handed superman, then deploy. Then once we are ~50ft over the ramp at the bottom we can cut away and drop into the ramp. Our mad skills will make it easy to hold onto the bike through deployment so we can cutaway and drop in on the ramp below.

I hope you're not being real, I live in St, Louis, let's get you to a DZ and working on skydiving, then later worry about BASE..... PM and we can work on skydiving, what DZ did you do your tandems at?

250 E sounds about right, you have to start low and work your way up
