Check out this article

It is still accurate I jump there last Xmas. For the dates you will be out there expect rain and that makes the climb slippy so if you don't already climb, start because although possible with no experience you will feel a lot better if you know what you Can or cannot do. Finding the exit points is not easy but possible with the above article or get a local climbing chappy to show you.

The main wall is a great jump the rest other two easy ones to get to are pretty low and require a low tide. The rest need hard core climbing skills to get to or the payment of locals to rig some ropes that you can jumar up.

The place is epic just be carful on the climbing as it has the potential hurt/kill you on most of the approaches. Oh and if going up for a sunset jump take a torch it gets very dark very quickly and climbing down with no torch is not an option.

Stay safe

Re: [Extremedad] Thailand
Hey mate.

According to a mate of mine who lived there for a few years (climber not jumper) BASE jumping is now illegal in Ton Sai. Some mates of his that still lives in Thailand (one of them a jumper) have reported that since an accident late last year in which someone pounded in breaking himself in front of everyone at the Bars (busted 1 or both legs) the Authorities stepped in and have shut it down.

Climbing was lucky to be left legal from what I was told however some of the locals there are very anti BASE now as the view it as the thing that will end all sports there including climbing which is where most of the money comes from.

If anyone has any further info please prove me I'm wrong as I'd love to make a trip there in the near future, however, I'm fairly certain its no longer as it was. :(
