Is it possible for a man to land a tracking suit without deploying a parachute?
After Gary C. Stole my dream I have abandoned all hope of being the first person to land a wingsuit. However I still am better than everyone here especially Gary C. and I am now diverting all funds in hopes to become the first person to land a tracking suit without deploying a parachute.

Hey, you stole my line!

I was gonna tell him of course he can land a tracking suit -- it'd just be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Just build a steeper ramp and have boxes at the end. Plus ask for millions of dollars and do it in Vegas with strippers standing on each side of the ramp.

It's practically impossible obviously, but it's completely doable if resources were no issue. They have soft, variable porosity materials (kind of like a foam) and go up to 99+% air that you could hit without any issue. If you had a large/deep enough pool filled with ~water at the bottom, ultra high porosity foam at the top, and a tiny air supply in your pocket (like the SpareAir for divers or equivalent) then sure.

Of course, then you've gotta weigh the cost of that vs. just doing it with boxes on the moon...but personally... if it was the moon... I'd use jello... lots of jello.

Use three times as many boxes and wear some padding under the tracking suit, might work...

Would the actual landing count as part of your lifetime? We might need a high-speed camera to figure that out, but you might only get to count the first half of the landing. I guess it depends on your body position.
