I just saw a video with the PD guys at PIA talking about releasing a BASE specific parachute. They also mentioned that they have been building the CR canopies for some time, so they wanted to release their own.

Anyone have any beta on this??!

I talked to some PD engineers in Twin Falls last summer who were test jumping a prototype BASE canopy. The prototype was built from ultralight fabric and unvented. They didn't really have a lot of things to share about it at that point, though.

In a picture of the back drop which is quite clearly someone jumping a E and it reads PD BASE

I had a friend last year testing one he seemed to like it.

Could also be a S with a canyon in the background like the Perrine.
