It's Bosnia mate, people first beat you up, destroy your equipment and than ask questions hahaha. Just kidding. It's an old factory complex, used for warehouses mainly and it has security 24/7. But I think the main reason that local's didn't jump it was because they couldn't get permission to bring in the TV crew and they wanted some media coverage.
