Hello guys,

I'm new to the forum so I want say hello :) and tell couple things about Dream Jump - Polish Base Jumping Crew that invented their own technique of jumping and their project: Dream Walker that I think many of you may be interested in.

In fact we have the second highest stationary point (after Macau Tower Bungee Jump) for BASE Jumping in the world. What's even more important thanks to our technique we provide the longest Free Fall in the world. Now about the project. In June 2013 we are going to beat Dan Osman's legendary record for rope jumping . We will go to Kjerag, Norway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kjerag) and we will jump at least 400m down the cliff. We plan to give this opportunity to about 20 people outside the crew.
You' don't have to be super experienced, you just need to show us the passion in what we call "extreme letter" :) If you are interested in the project please write to me: m.rogowski@dreamjump.pl.

It won't be free unfortunately, beacuse we need to cover our expenses that are very high but I'd want to underline that we don't do it for profit.

I hope that there are people on this forum that will be interested in this project in some other way than to mark this as a spam. If not I am definitely in the wrong place.

I think it's pretty cool; however, since this is a BASE forum I'm sure you were expecting the following question...


1) Can experienced BASE jumpers BASE jump off of your towers?


2) I'm guessing there is room to do a running exit?


If the answer to the first is no then I'd agree with the others that the post was only for you to attract people to rope jump there which would be spam. And a nasty tease.

And if any other topic than the one related strictly with BASE isn't welcome than sorry for interrupting. It wasn't my intent to misuse this forum. I just wanted to share project that in my opinion is closely related and I think worth spreading.

We simply need to cover our expenses as it will be costful project. And as we plan to give this opportunity to everybody (not only proffesional jumpers) we need to take care of their preparations so the price includes the 3 days training on the object from the movie that I've posted above.

If it was the project only for 3-10 people from the crew like such extreme projects usually look like we would organize it differently.
