I dream about someone who bounced last night. A person I know very well. The whole scenery was so clear, from flight, brake, try to pull, did not find the handle, and the impact, and the search and found.

Do you tell this person about your dream or not?

Dreams are important previews of our life. The future is hard to see, however, just because your friend was in the dream doesn't mean it will happen to him. It could be you.

I had a dream once that I stabbed my dog a couple of times. It was so real, I could feel everything that was happening, including her pain. In the dream, I had no reason to stab her, it just happened, it didn't kill her, I don't think... I would never stab my dog, I love her. Now why would I have a dream like that? About a week ago I was cutting some webbing and melting the ends when a dollup of hot boiling oil dripped of the end and landed on my knee, when I went to put out the inferno on my knee I cut my other hand as I was standing up.

Sam my dog, came over and started licking my wounds. And she ended up with some blood on her from my hand. My knee hurt worst, so I wasn't worried about my hand.

Crazy dreams. Who knows.....

I had an extremely vivid dream once that I went in on a skydive. I was spinning on my back under the main, low cutaway, and impact before the reserve came out. I woke up at impact and the very next day at work (@ the DZ) I watched a friend go in right in front of me and exactly how it all happened to me in my dream. It was absolutely surreal and bizarre. I never discount my dreams anymore it's just decoding them that's difficult...

I don't think it would hurt to say something to your friend. We should all be vigilant anyway and dreams are good reminders.

I have impacted many times myself in different ways, but never dreamt about anyone else as I can remember.

This was just like a movie. Very clear, realistic, and I remember everything even I did not wake up at any part before it was finished.

Would you want him/her to tell you if the situation was reversed?

I too have had a dream where I bounced on a SKY jump.
Oddly though, I usually get right up, un-hurt, embarrassed,
immediately start brushing the dirt & grass off of me, and
look around hoping no one saw that.

Hehe I got used to it after awhile, and knew I was dreaming when it happend.

First time it was dramatic, but as you say, I stood up brushed mye feathers, and walked away thinking, dam " this was nothing" compare to what I expected it to be :-)

Why would you keep that information from that person? Tell them and they decide.

every time i jump with someone new i always say just as we exit, i hope you bounce.. and i also enjoy when people tell me on exit that they cut my bridle. it makes me feel hardcore like those wingsuit proxy guys hahahaha

Everyone I know, should check their gear, know their gear, and do not fuck up if they do not want to bounce! I think that is a better deal for those who care.

ps a little hint: Do not jump your new big wings without trying them fram a plane first. Know you can deal with a wingover your pilotchute.

only difference is I put a 6ft divet in the ground and had to climb out. Had that one for several months.

the new one is everything, i.e. my life, including sky gear is stolen out of my truck except my night-time parachute. first one was 2 nights ago...
